Senior Education Consultant- Study Abroad

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Education Consultant to counsel students on international study options and manage the counseling team to achieve enrollment targets through effective guidance and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on study options, universities, and destinations
• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable study pathways
• Manage, supervise, and mentor counseling staff
• Set targets, monitor team performance, and ensure conversions
• Handle student inquiries from counseling to enrollment and visa guidance
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate student records

Countries of Expertise:

UK, USA, Malaysia, China, Turkey

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience as an Education / Study Abroad Counselor
• Strong knowledge of international education systems and visa processes
• Experience in staff handling and team management
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to meet targets independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
