IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The Senior Manager – Product & Partnerships (Insurance & Health) will be responsible for the end-to-end development, growth, and management of Ufone 4G’s digital Insurance and Health platform. This role will lead the product’s strategic roadmap, onboard and manage external partners, and ensure commercial success through strong execution, innovation, and customer value creation. The incumbent will work closely with internal teams (Technology, Finance, Legal, IT, Marketing, and Customer Experience) to deliver sustainable subscriber and revenue growth in alignment with Ufone 4G’s digital services strategy.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Lead the overall business and product strategy for Ufone’s Insurance & Health platform, from concept to commercial rollout.
• Identify emerging customer needs, technology trends, and ecosystem opportunities in digital health and micro-insurance.
• Define and prioritize product features, customer journeys, and pricing models aligned with revenue and engagement goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners such as insurers, health-tech firms, telemedicine providers, and digital health startups.
• Negotiate commercial terms, revenue share models, and service-level agreements.
• Manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure value delivery, compliance, and joint marketing activation.
• Own the revenue, subscriber, and engagement KPIs for the Insurance & Health vertical.
• Work with marketing to design and execute acquisition, retention, and cross-sell campaigns for insurance and health offers.
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, IT, Legal, and Customer Operations for seamless product enablement and operational execution.
• Develop regular performance and revenue reports for the senior management.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in product development, digital partnerships, or ecosystem management preferably in telecom, fintech, or insurtech sectors.

Technical Competencies:

• Excel & PowerPoint
• Digital Analytical Tools (Firebase, Google Analytics)
• Data Visualization Tools (Power BI)
