Assembly and Production Executive

Job Summary

The Production & Assembly Technician is responsible for carrying out assembly, installation, testing, and basic troubleshooting of products in accordance with approved drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. The role ensures accurate assembly, reliable performance, and timely completion of production tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, or electronic assembly as per work instructions
• Install components, wiring, and sub-assemblies accurately
• Conduct basic testing and functional checks of assembled products
• Identify and report defects, shortages, or assembly issues
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments properly
• Follow quality, safety, and production procedures
• Assist in packing, labeling, and documentation of finished goods
• Support engineers and supervisors in production and improvement activities

Required Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on experience with assembly tools and equipment
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings, wiring diagrams, or SOPs
• Attention to detail and quality awareness
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Education & Experience

• Diploma / Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Technology
• Upto 1 year experience in production or assembly (fresh candidates may be considered)

Working Conditions

• Factory / workshop environment
• May require standing for long periods and overtime during peak production

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
