Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager Production to oversee fabrication operations at our Factory. The role requires strong coordination with production teams, quality assurance, and supply chain departments to ensure timely and efficient output according to manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production and fabrication activities to ensure output targets are achieved.

Coordinate with Planning, Supply Chain, and Quality teams for smooth operations.

Monitor material utilization, minimize wastage, and ensure cost efficiency.

Maintain equipment maintenance schedules and report any breakdowns promptly.

Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Train and support production staff to meet productivity KPIs.

Prepare daily/weekly production reports for management review.

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Industrial / Manufacturing preferred)

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

Age: 25–35 years

Gender: Male

Skills: Leadership, communication, production planning, MS Excel / ERP familiarity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1.00 per month
