The Project Sales & Distribution Manager is responsible for managing project execution, driving project-based sales, and overseeing distribution activities for wooden laminate flooring, elevators, and escalators. The role requires strong market knowledge, daily marketing efforts to generate new projects, and consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets while ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to identify, gain, and execute new projects in flooring, elevators, and escalators.
- Conduct daily market visits and marketing activities to generate leads, build relationships, and secure new projects.
- Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and developers for project approvals and specifications.
- Prepare and review quotations, proposals, and technical submissions.
- Oversee project planning, execution, installation, and handover in coordination with technical and site teams.
- Manage and support distributors and dealers to ensure target achievement and market coverage.
- Ensure timely supply of materials and smooth coordination with logistics and procurement teams.
- Negotiate contracts, finalize commercial terms, and close deals profitably.
- Monitor project progress, costs, and quality standards.
- Prepare regular sales, marketing, and project performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project-based sales, marketing, and distribution within construction materials, flooring, elevators, or escalators industry.
- Strong understanding of the local and regional market, including consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Proven ability to generate projects through daily marketing and field activities.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and distribution channels simultaneously.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
