Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for a Senior Education Counselor. The Senior Education Counselor will guide and advise students on their higher education, including university selection, career planning, and application processes. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, providing personalized education plans, liaising with international institutions, and ensuring students are equipped to make informed decisions about their futures.

Qualifications

• College Counseling and Student Counseling skills
• Experience with College Applications
• Knowledge of Student Financial Aid processes
• Experience working with High School Students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
