We are looking for dynamic, experienced, and student-focused professionals to join our team as **Senior Education Counselors**.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Education Counselor who will play a critical role in guiding students and parents through the enrollment process, understanding their academic needs, and recommending suitable programs for IIT-JEE or NEET preparation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in academic counseling or student advisory roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling:Provide one-on-one counseling to students and parents to understand their career aspirations, assess academic strengths, and recommend suitable courses and study plans.

Lead Conversion: Convert walk-ins, inquiries, and leads into successful enrollments by building trust and offering accurate program information.

Academic Guidance: Stay updated on the IIT-JEE & NEET exam patterns, syllabus changes, and preparation strategies to provide informed advice to students.

Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with students and parents to ensure retention and word-of-mouth referrals.

Reporting:Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or internal systems.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless counseling and onboarding experience for students.

Center Support: Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, parent-teacher meets, and demo classes at the respective branches.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in education counseling, preferably in IIT-JEE/NEET segment.

Qualification:Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Education or Psychology background is a plus.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of competitive exam formats (IIT-JEE/NEET)

Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates with prior experience in reputed coaching institutes.

Candidates based in or near Noidaor Crossing Republik City.
