Job Qualifications

Four years of experience in Human Resources or Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
Or
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Education and two years of experience in Human Resources or Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).

Degree (one of):

BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred


Major/Minor (one of):

BUSINESS - Preferred

HUMAN RES MGMT - Preferred


Additional Qualifications/Requirements

Remote/Telework not authorized per Presidential Memorandum “Return to In Person Work”.
Candidates eligible for the Military Spouse Exemption may be considered for remote work.
Alternate authorized onsite duty location may be determined following selection.

Salary Minimum

$62,067.00

Major Duties

Conduct Alternate Dispute Resolution sessions required for corporate headquarters.
Provide guidance and assistance to management in the resolution of informal or formal EEO complaints of discrimination in coordination with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Investigations and Resolutions Directorate (IRD), or the Exchange General Counsel.
Provide draft and initial approval of all worldwide EEO negotiated settlement agreements and submit for final approval. Review use of EEO reporting system to ensure timely end of year EEOC data analysis and submission.
Manage anti-harassment compliance reporting and facilitate closure.
Perform other duties as assigned
