The Impact You'll Make
Danfoss is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior EHS Analyst to provide leadership in across the Fluid Conveyance division site level in Cerkezkoy, Tekirdag.
As an Senior EHS Analyst at Danfoss, you will oversee and lead the Environment, Health, and Safety team to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Your role will involve managing EHS programs, identifying and mitigating risks, promoting a strong safety culture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in workplace safety and environmental performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Job Description:
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits in industrial environments.
  • Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to prevent accidents or injuries.
  • Provide safety training, operation teams training and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to EHS compliance, incidents, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with management and production teams to improve overall workplace safety standards.
  • Investigate workplace incidents and ensure corrective measures are applied.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
  • Graduated from Environmental, Mechanical or Civil Engineering departments of universities,
  • 3 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety,
  • Having at least B class Occupational Health and Safety Specialist certificate,
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Environmental legislation,
  • 3 years of experience in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems,
  • Internal audit, Environmental Officer and Train the Trainer certificates,
  • Experience in ATEX zone classification and process safety fundamentals
  • Knowledge of machinery safety standards and applications
  • Hands-on experience with root-cause analysis tools (5 Whys, 8D, Ishikawa/Fishbone)
  • Familiarity with digital EHS & reporting platforms (Enablon, SynergiLife, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs,
  • Fluent in English.
