Senior electrical Commercial Site Engineer KSA Resident

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

For Senior Commercial Engineers:

• Lead cost estimation and pricing for MEP packages.
• Prepare and review BOQs, budgets, and quantity take-offs.
• Analyze subcontractor quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Support tendering and bidding processes with accurate cost data.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project control teams.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements.

For Junior Commercial Engineers:

• Support cost estimation activities for MEP works.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost breakdowns.
• Collect data from technical office and site teams for pricing.
• Assist in evaluating supplier and subcontractor offers.
• Prepare commercial documentation and maintain cost records.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering .
• Experience in MEP cost estimation, tenders, or commercial roles (seniority based).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Familiarity with MEP systems, drawings, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and cost estimation tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
