Role Purpose
Handles advanced responsibilities related to commercial management of construction projects. The role involves quantity surveying tasks such as take-off, interim payments, and variation assessments while ensuring compliance with contractual terms and supporting Quantity surveying engineer staff within a project-based setup.
Key Accountabilities

Prepare quantity take-offs in accordance with drawings and specifications.

Preparing the evaluation of subcontractor and supplier invoices.

preparing Payment interim and commercial documentation.

Preparing Variation assessments and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.

Guide and mentor Quantity surveying engineers.

Collaborate with planning, procurement, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency.

Maintain well-documented records for contractual purposes.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in civil , Mechanical or Electrical engineering or related field.

Minimum 4 years of solid experience in construction quantity surveying.

Strong knowledge of contract administration (FIDIC, local standards).

Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.

Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Proficiency in QS software (e.g.,MS Excel, AutoCAD).

Proficient in English.
