Key Responsibilities:
- Must have 5-10 year experience in same position
- As a key member of the AW team, contribute to the development of the short, medium and long term business strategies for the company.
- Assist with management of electrical design team to ensure efficient output levels, deadlines are met, and standards are kept to the highest possible standard.
- Support the Technical Director in reviewing electrical drawings and providing peer support and training across the wider electrical design team.
- Assist in maintaining a detailed schedule of projects which are delegated appropriately according to skill level.
- Assist the Sales Team in providing technical feedback and solutions including an element of project pricing for potential projects.
- Liaising with customers. Understand their needs and manage expectations. Provide them with regular updates as required. This includes developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships, as well as dealing with any problems they may encounter, scheduling, component type etc.
- Interpret and understand the requirements of the specification and design electrical drawings to allow the workshop team to manufacture and test control panels that meet the requirements of the customer.
- Assist with resolving any technical issues across the business, identify potential sources of problems and develop and implement effective solutions.
- Assist with after sales queries and technical issues, investigate customer complaints and ensure they are dealt with to customer’s satisfaction.
- Liaise closely with the senior management team to ensure effective communication of information relative to work in progress and job scheduling.
- Monitoring material and component usage ensuring a suitable balance between quality and price is maintained.
- On occasion, should the requirement arise, Control panel modification, fault finding and commissioning at customer sites.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and issued with finished control panels and all company documents are maintained and filed appropriately.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client’s needs.
- Ensure compliance throughout all projects with relevant specifications, standards, environmental, quality and health and safety regulations.
- Help ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and in a satisfactory condition by regularly reviewing job progress and costs to identify any variances to budget; re-cost as required.
- Continued training and mentoring of more junior / inexperienced members of the team.
- Prepare written reports for clients as required.
- Any other duties, within reason and capability, as determined by the Directors

Pay: AED22,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
