Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Experience Required: 3+ Years
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer responsible for designing electronic circuits, developing multilayer PCBs using Altium Designer, and supporting end-to-end PCB manufacturing and assembly processes. Candidate will work closely with firmware, mechanical, and production teams to ensure reliable, manufacturable, and cost-effective designs.

Key Responsibilities:
Design analog and digital electronic circuits based on system requirements
Develop schematic diagrams and PCB layouts using Altium Designer
Select electronic components considering performance, cost, and availability
Prepare fabrication and assembly files (Gerber, BOM, Pick & Place, test points)
Coordinate with PCB manufacturers and assembly vendors
Support PCB prototyping, testing, debugging, and validation
Ensure DFM, DFA, and DFT compliance
Troubleshoot hardware issues during development and production stages
Maintain design documentation and revision control

Preferred Skills:
Experience with multilayer and high-speed PCB designs
Familiarity with microcontrollers and basic firmware interaction
Knowledge of industry standards (IPC, CE, FCC)

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
Strong knowledge of analog & digital circuit design
Hands-on experience with Altium Designer
Understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and standards
Knowledge of power supplies, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC basics
Experience with soldering, testing, and debugging PCBs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs115,000.00 per month
