Senior Electrical Design Engineer ( Grade A)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer ( Grade A) to lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for complex engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience working on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
• Prepare and review electrical drawings, specifications, and calculations
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards (IEC, NEC, etc.)
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, civil, architectural)
• Perform load calculations, short circuit analysis, and system studies
• Review contractor submissions and provide technical guidance
• Mentor junior engineers and oversee design quality
• Support project management in timelines and deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 8–12+ years of relevant experience in electrical design
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and control systems
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit, or similar
• Familiarity with international codes and standards
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
