Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in electrical design, site supervision, and project execution for large-scale construction projects including high-rise buildings, villas, and commercial developments. This role requires excellent leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely delivery of projects with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the electrical engineering works for assigned projects.
• Review, design, and approve electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, ELV, fire alarm, and related services.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Supervise and monitor site execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and authority requirements (e.g., DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, etc.).
• Prepare reports, progress updates, and documentation for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the UAE/GCC construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design standards, codes, and local authority requirements.
• Proven experience with high-rise buildings, villas, and large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
