Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Descriptions

• Lead the design, review, and approval process of electrical systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defense, DEWA/FEWA/SEWA/ADDC, and other authority requirements.
• Prepare electrical load calculations, SLDs, panel schedules, and shop drawings.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (power, lighting, ELV, fire alarm, etc.).
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities for NOCs and approvals.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical support to the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of UAE/GCC experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations (DEWA/FEWA/SEWA/ADDC, Civil Defense).
• Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit, Dialux, etc.).
• Familiarity with IEC, NEC, and BS standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
