Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree from Electrical Engineering Department of a reputable university (master’s degree in related fields will be an asset),
• +8 years of experience in electrical design works in industrial plants projects,
• Technical English will be an asset
• Proficient in AutoCAD (essential), ETAP/EPlan, Dialux
• Knowledge in 3D design (AVEVA, Smartplant) will be an asset.
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Good knowledge about the Electrical Codes and Standards and Local Regulations,

Requirements:

• Proficient in utilizing production of drawings in compliance with national / international and Client Codes & Standards.
• Efficiently executing /managing CAD design activities as directed by the Project Lead Engineer.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, problem-solving and proactive.
• Worked within multi-disciplinary company.
• Adheres to company standards for quality assurance and quality control.
• Experience of working within a highly regulates environment.
• Project lifecycle experience including design, qualification, manufacturing and construction.
• Experience sizing of electrical equipment such as transformers, generators and UPS.
• Design experience of low voltage electrical distribution (Single Line Diagrams, electrical room arrangement plans and civil interface details, infrastructure plan, earthing and lightning plan, lighting-socket layouts and calculations, cable ways and tray layouts, material take-off lists, etc.)
• Knowledge of selectivity / diversity analysis, electrical protection and cable sizing.
• Design experience of medium voltage & high voltage electrical distribution (Desirable).
• Experience Vendor document & drawing review and checking vendor calculations according to international standards and codes.
• Preparing technical documentation for procurement of electrical equipment & materials as per project specifications and requirements
• Build strong relationships with Client to ensure expectations are met.
