Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer — Electrical / Solar

Location: Theni, Tamil Nadu (with ~75% travel across India)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical design and implementation of solar energy systems (PV and thermal).
• Develop and review electrical CAD drawings and single-line diagrams.
• Oversee on-site electrical installation, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct pre-commissioning, testing (e.g., insulation resistance, string testing), and system commissioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve industrial onsite electrical challenges.
• Collaborate closely with project, civil, design, and procurement teams.
• Manage documentation—daily logs, as-built drawings, test reports, technical reports.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in solar or electrical engineering.
• Proficient in electrical CAD tools.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
• Comfortable with extensive travel (~75%).
