The Opportunity: We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer (3–5 years experience) to join our founding team in Egypt. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will be the technical lead responsible for the electrical integrity, BMS integration, and commissioning of our new production lines. This is a "hands-on" role for an engineer who wants to build the future of energy storage from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Factory Startup: Lead the electrical installation and commissioning of automated production lines for cell grading, module assembly, and pack integration.
BMS & Systems: Design and manage the integration of Battery Management Systems (BMS), ensuring precision in SOC/SOH monitoring and communication protocols (CAN Bus, RS485).
Quality & Safety: Oversee high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical testing, implementing safety protocols to prevent thermal runaway and ensure cycle life.
Production Synergy: Work with the Production Manager to optimize OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and troubleshoot electrical failures in real-time.
Compliance: Ensure all products meet Egyptian industrial standards and international safety certifications.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 3–5 years in an industrial manufacturing environment (Battery storage, EV, or Power Electronics preferred).
Education: BSc in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Technical Skills: * Deep understanding of LiFePO4 battery architecture.
Hands-on experience with CAN Bus sniffing and diagnostic tools (CANoe/SavvyCAN).
Proficiency in PLC programming and AutoCAD.
Language: Native Arabic and professional English (B2/C1).
Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who excels in a fast-paced, "startup" factory environment.
