Senior Electrical Engineer (Oil & Gas)

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design and review activities for oil & gas projects.
• Ensure compliance with international standards
• Review vendor documents and provide technical clarifications.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Instrumentation, and Civil teams.
• Support procurement by preparing technical bid evaluations.
• Supervise installation, testing & commissioning of:
• HV/LV systems
• Transformers
• Switchgear
• UPS systems
• Motor Control Centers (MCC)
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and company policies.
• Participate in FAT, SAT, and site inspections.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in oil & gas projects.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior/lead role.
• Strong experience in EPC projects.
• Hands-on experience in hazardous area installations.
