Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sr. Electrical Engineer to join our team! The Site Sr. Electrical Engineer is responsible for day-to-day site Electrical work. The role ensures that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project standards, with particular focus on luxury hotel/resort requirements, guest comfort, safety, and operational efficiency. Solid experience in hospitability projects (5 stars hotels/resorts - completed projects) is a must.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Review and comment on all the technical documents related to the Electrical work including and limited to Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Method Statement, ITPs, inspection requests, and test reports related to construction.…etc.
  • Prepare technical reports, daily/weekly progress inputs, and support snagging and de-snagging.
  • Supervise construction of electrical infrastructure works including external LV networks, feeders, utility interfaces, road/landscape lighting, earthing and lightning protection.
  • Supervise building electrical works including LV distribution boards, cabling, lighting and emergency lighting, small power, and power to equipment.
  • Check that all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.
  • Coordinate on site with civil, mechanical, ELV, and architectural teams to avoid clashes.
  • Attend site/coordination meetings and report site issues, constraints, and required actions.
  • Follow up testing and commissioning activities and support system handover.
  • Assist in verification of as-built drawings and O&M documentation against site conditions.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 3-8 years’ experience in large-scale projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, and in a fast-track environment.
  • Team player, proactive, with problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of international procedures, design guides, automated and administrative practices.
  • Good knowledge of LV distribution, lighting, earthing, and basic ELV interfaces.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office; AutoCAD an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication, and ability to work under pressure.
