About the Role

Besomi Electronics is seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer to lead the design, development, and validation of advanced electronic systems and embedded hardware. This position requires expertise in analog and digital circuit design, PCB layout, embedded systems, and hardware development from concept to mass production.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented electronics engineer with strong technical leadership skills, capable of delivering innovative, reliable, and high-performance hardware solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits for electronics systems.
• Create and review schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation using tools like Altium Designer, OrCAD, or KiCad.
• Perform hardware testing, prototyping, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Ensure compliance with EMC/EMI, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with firmware, software, mechanical, and production teams to ensure smooth system integration.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and implement best practices in electronics design.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in IoT, robotics, and drone systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 6–10 years of professional experience in hardware design, PCB design, and embedded systems development.
• Strong proficiency in circuit design, PCB layout, and debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
• Knowledge of microcontrollers, sensors, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, Ethernet).
• Experience in hardware validation, testing, and product certification.

Preferred:

• Experience in IoT devices, robotics, drone electronics, or high-speed digital systems.
• Knowledge of FPGA design, industrial electronics, or automotive-grade systems.
