SENIOR EMAIL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Location: Mettawa, IL
Schedule: 6-Month W2 Contract (Hybrid - In person Tuesday-Thursday, Remote Monday and Friday)
Compensation Range: $40 - $47 per hour

Our client, a world-renowned global biopharmaceutical leader is seeking a Digital Email Operations Expert. You will drive strategic execution across cross-functional teams, orchestrate high-visibility email infrastructure initiatives, and optimize multi-channel agency workflows. If you excel at transforming complex marketing workflows into automated, data-driven solutions that maximize business impact, this high-visibility position offers an exceptional opportunity to lead operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate enterprise-wide email marketing workflows and governance programs to establish high-impact, standardized digital execution across global agency partnerships.
• Optimize cross-functional campaign tracking processes within Workfront to streamline resource deployment and improve end-to-end multi-channel efficiency.
• Synthesize operational performance data into automated PowerBI leadership dashboards to provide data-driven insights that eliminate manual overhead and prove business value.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and agency partners to drive consistent adoption of emerging marketing automation tools.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-10 years of progressive experience managing enterprise-level project operations, digital communications, or email marketing initiatives.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency navigating complex enterprise workflows, digital asset governance platforms, and data reporting tools like PowerBI.
• Email Marketing Expertise: Familiarity with email marketing best practices, workflows, and email creation tools such as Knak; hands-on email build experience is a plus but not required
• Business Impact: Proven track record of auditing operational workflows, eliminating process gaps, and transforming raw requirements into scalable multi-channel campaigns.
• Education & Collaboration: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing paired with superior consultative communication skills to lead stakeholder training sessions.
