Senior Embedded Engineer

Job Description:

IWIZ Solution is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Embedded Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for advanced embedded system development but also for technical leadership, project ownership, and mentoring junior engineers, ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of embedded software and firmware for microcontroller- and microprocessor-based systems
• Take ownership of embedded projects from requirements analysis to final delivery
• Define system architecture and make key technical decisions aligned with project goals
• Plan, manage, and track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of embedded engineers
• Assign tasks, review progress, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Conduct detailed code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Identify technical risks and proactively propose mitigation strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in embedded systems development
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ for embedded applications
• Experience with ARM Cortex-M, ESP32, AVR, PIC, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, Ethernet and specially cellular interfaces is must.)
• Develop and maintain embedded software for automotive and Battery Management System (BMS) applications, ensuring safety, reliability, and real-time performance.
• Ability to read schematics and work closely with hardware design teams
• Experience using Git or other version control systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience leading small to mid-sized engineering teams
• Knowledge of low-power and performance optimization techniques
• Experience with IoT, industrial, or consumer embedded products
