Griwolfe is a US-based custom headwear brand serving B2B clients with high-quality embroidered hats, patches, and 3D puff designs. We're hiring a full-time senior digitizer to own our daily file production and become the quality backbone of our embroidery output.

What you'll do

Digitize 5–15 designs per day for caps and headwear — flat embroidery, 3D puff, and patches — from customer artwork to production-ready files. You'll output .dst, .pdf, and .png proofs for every design, communicate directly with our US team, and be the person we trust to catch quality issues before they reach the machine.

Hard requirements

• 5+ years of professional digitizing experience (not including school or self-taught)
• Wilcom EmbroideryStudio e4 or newer as primary software
• Proven cap and headwear specialization — flat embroidery, 3D puff, and patches
• Strong written English
• Available to work US Eastern Time hours, 7 AM–3 PM EST (approximately 4 PM–12 AM Pakistan time; shifts by one hour with US daylight saving)
• Reliable home internet and a computer that runs Wilcom smoothly

This role is NOT for you if

• You've mostly digitized flat goods (polos, shirts) and cap work is unfamiliar
• You need supervision on 3D puff, small text, or complex patches
• Your previous work has caused birdnesting, thread breaks, or misalignment issues in production
• You're looking for part-time, per-file, or freelance gigs on the side

We've hired digitizers before who looked great on paper but couldn't deliver in production. We're hiring differently this time — based on actual work, not claims.

The form includes a practical test: digitize 3 real designs from Griwolfe's catalog (artwork provided), upload your files, and record a short Loom video showing your workflow. Budget 60–90 minutes to complete it.

Applications without completed test files will not be reviewed. We only respond to applications that include all required materials.

We aim to make a hire within 2–3 weeks of posting. Strong candidates will be contacted for a 30-minute video call, followed by a reference check and offer.
