ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

The successful candidate will support and contribute to coordination, expansion and professionalization of export business for CCH Egypt. It includes contributing to perfect customer experience for existing partners, ensuring smooth business cycle and processes internally and with customers.

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Owning and running in a smooth way all export processes and documentation in accordance with CCH policies, Export Policy
Collaboration with all internal functions including SC, Production Planning, Quality, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Security, etc.
Manage the process for new SKU creation with relevant stakeholders
Organize and contribute to S&OP with customers and internal production planning meetings, concluding with summary and follow up actions
Providing required input to Finance teams
Ensuring all reports from customers are collected and provided with the relevant internal functions
Respond to customer requests
Acting based on “Customer first” and provide excellent customer service for the customers

ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant.
3 to 5 years of experience in Export, Logistics or Supply Chain.
Export Documentation knowledge is a plus (Health Certificate, Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, etc.…)
FMCG background is preferrable.
Cross-Functional Collaboration to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
English fluency is a must
Structured and Organized
Time Management Skills
Attention to details
Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
