As a Senior Emiratisation Partner, you are responsible for driving the development and execution of the Emiratisation strategy across the organization. This role focuses on increasing the representation of UAE Nationals within the bank through recruitment, development, and retention initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership and business units to design Emiratisation strategies to comply with local regulations and alignment with the bank’s Emiratisation agenda.

On a day to day basis, you will be accountable for five main areas:

  • Emiratisation Strategy Development and execution
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
  • Development and Retention of existing UAE National staff
  • Compliance and Stakeholder Management
  • Reporting and Analysis

To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

A UAE National with Family Book. No applications from other candidates can be considered.

Work Experience

  • 8-12 years of experience in HR, talent management, or Emiratisation programs, preferably within the financial services sector.

Education & Professional Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications in Emiratisation, talent management, or HR management preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Team management.
  • Strong understanding of Emiratisation regulations and local labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to design and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
