Responsible for managing all personnel administration processes across the full employee lifecycle, from
onboarding through offboarding, ensuring full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance
regulations. The role serves as the primary custodian of employee records, legal documentation, and government
relations, representing the company before social insurance and labor offices while maintaining the accuracy and
integrity of all personnel data across the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding & Employment Contracts

Oversee the full onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is collected, verified, and filed on time.
- Prepare employment contracts in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and register new employees with the social insurance authority, submitting Form 1 within the legally required timeframe.
2. Employee Records & Data Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personal files, ensuring completeness of all personnel documents including salary data and employment information.
- Ensure all records are stored securely, audit-ready, and updated in the HRIS whenever changes occur.
3. Personnel Compliance & Government Relations

Stay current with Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance Law changes and ensure all personnel practices are updated accordingly.
- Prepare and submit Social Insurance Forms 1, 2, and 6 on time, manage monthly social insurance reconciliation, and submit dues to Finance for payment including health insurance contributions.
- Represent the company before social insurance and labor offices, follow up on employee complaints at labor office branches, and coordinate the activation of medical exemptions for eligible employees.
- Prepare and send periodic driver social insurance movement reports to the vehicle licensing officer.
4. Offboarding & End-of-Service Management

Own the full offboarding cycle from resignation or termination initiation through to the employee receiving all final papers, coordinating clearance with the HC Operations team and ensuring all documentation is finalized and archived.
5. Employee Queries & Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to personnel matters, issuing employment letters, salary certificates, and experience certificates upon request, and escalating complex cases to HC management when needed.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of hands-on of progressive experience in personnel administration, with hands-on experience in social insurance procedures and labor office representation.
- Deep practical knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law No. 12 of 2003 and Social Insurance Law No. 79 of 1975.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail in document management.
- Experience with social insurance form preparation and government office procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance
- Excellent in both Arabic and English, verbal and written.
