Senior Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer specializing in scaffolding and formwork systems to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a solid track record of successful project execution within the construction or industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scaffolding and formwork solutions for various construction projects.
• Prepare structural calculations and technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, and client specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure proper implementation of designs.
• Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and project documentation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and design staff.
• Assist in estimating, tendering, and proposal development for new projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in scaffolding and formwork design and execution.
• Strong understanding of international standards (BS, EN, OSHA, etc.) and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working in the UAE or GCC region is a plus.
