Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join our team and enhance our Investor Portal and Onboarding processes using Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Investor Portal and Onboarding solutions using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and optimize Salesforce workflows, custom objects, and integrations to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Develop custom applications and components within the Salesforce platform to support Investor Portal and Onboarding processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and associated systems.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all Salesforce processes.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.
• Document technical solutions, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce and financial systems.
• Proven experience with Investor Portal and Onboarding solutions.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, and validation rules.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously..

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
