Job Description
Lead and manage all daily operations related to the bus depot to ensure the highest levels of operational
efficiency and compliance with engineering and technical standards. Responsible for operational unit of bus
depots to ensure smooth 24 X 7 bus operations.

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
# Ensure compliance to all HSE related policies and procedures in bus depots and conduct regular reviews and
contribute to the preparation and risk registers.
# Daily follow-up with the maintenance department through VOR meetings to ensure bus readiness for
operations and availability for official and approved events.
# Ensure full preparedness to respond to emergencies and crises, including leading teams during emergencies.
Prepare proactive plans to mitigate the impact of crises on operational processes.
# Conduct technical studies and benchmark comparisons to improve operational processes and reduce failures.
# Apply best practices and technical innovations to improve operational efficiency and services.
# Adhere to all policies and procedural guides related to information security and protection at the Roads and
Transport Authority.
# Provide technical and engineering support to the depot manager and operational teams to ensure the station’s
goals are achieved. Lead and develop field teams, enhancing their capabilities through training and effective
supervision.
# Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
# Supervise all operational activities of the bus depot to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and productivity.
# Oversee all the bus shunting activities in the bus depots including fueling, washing and parkin.
# Ensure availability 24/7 to respond to emergencies and crises, including conducting site visits when necessary.
# Develop and implement operational and maintenance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with
international and local standards. Ensure bus readiness for operation according to daily schedules, monitoring
the effectiveness of electronic and mechanical systems. Provide periodic reports on the technical condition of
buses and recommendations for improving their performance.
# Monitor and ensure the functioning of Bus performance monitoring centers and ensure appropriate standards
for buses, drivers and systems. Utilize the latest available artificial intelligence technologies and control
systems to monitor, analyze, and improve operational performance, suggesting new technologies to enhance
work quality.
# Implementation of new engineering initiatives in accordance with the highest professional standards, ensuring
alignment with the facility's strategic objectives.
# Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement, developing innovative
plans to enhance operational efficiency. Prepare and implement self-assessment programs and performance
analysis to ensure the station's objectives are met.
# Provide in-depth, periodic technical reports including bus performance analysis and innovative solutions to
improve efficiency and ensure complete readiness.

Education
# Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Civil Engineering or any related field. 2- 5 years of
