Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer looking to be part of a global innovator in People

The primary focus of this role works closely with the Business Systems - CRM Team to
assist the development or enhancement related to the Salesforce projects. Working with end
users from Sales, Revenue Operation, Finance, Marketing and Professional Services as well as
other teams within Business Systems, the candidate will be administrating,
customization, and development of applications within the Salesforce sandbox environments.
The candidate will work closely with the business analyst, Architect, other developers/ direct, and business stakeholders to identify requirements and promote enhancements.

What you will be doing:

• Salesforce Configuration: Customize layouts, fields, record types, Lightning pages, tabs, validation rules, and de-dupe processes.
• Automation: Build and manage Lightning Flows and approval processes using Flow Builder.
• Integrations: Salesforce with SaaS apps and internal systems.
• Data Operations: Handle bulk data imports/exports with transformation and de-duplication.
• AppExchange: Integrate third-party apps into Salesforce.
• Custom Development: Build solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Components, and LWC.
• API Expertise: Work with REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML for integrations

• Salesforce Development: 5–7 years of hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and development.
• Certifications: Platform Developer I & II (preferred).
• Platform Knowledge: Familiar with CRM processes, Lightning, Experience Cloud, Agent Force AI, and Einstein.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Apex, Triggers, LWC, and API integrations (SOAP/REST),S Code and version control.
• Cloud Expertise: Strong exposure to Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.

• Front-End & LWC: Excellent in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components.
• Agile Experience: Familiar with the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies
