Job Role :- Desktop Engineer (SCCM)
Job Location:- Washington, DC
Job Description:-
We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Engineer with deep expertise in SCCM Group Policy Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot to drive enterprise endpoint management and transformation initiatives The role requires a strong focus on modern device management and secure endpoint lifecycle management
Core Responsibilities
Design implement and manage enterprise endpoint solutions using SCCM Intune and Group Policy
Lead Windows OS deployment imaging and upgrade strategies across largescale environments
Implement and manage Modern Device Management MDM using Microsoft Intune
Drive Windows Autopilot adoption for zerotouch provisioning
Manage patching and update compliance for Windows OS and Microsoft Office
Troubleshoot complex endpoint and deployment issues
Administer SCCM infrastructure including collections packaging and monitoring
Create SOPs knowledge base articles and ITSM documentation
Act as technical SME and escalation point for endpoint services
Mandatory Technical Skills
Strong handson experience with Microsoft SCCM
Proven expertise in Microsoft Intune Endpoint Manager
Handson experience with Windows Autopilot
Advanced knowledge of Active Directory Azure AD and Group Policy
Experience in Windows 1011 lifecycle management and troubleshooting
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
Experience in patch management and endpoint security
Working knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
Additional Preferred Skills
Experience with comanagement SCCM Intune
Knowledge of vulnerability remediation CVE management
Familiarity with remote support tools such as Beyond Trust and SCCM Remote Control
Professional Competencies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to create and maintain documentation
Flexible to work in a 24x7 support model
Proactive mindset with focus on automation and continuous improvement

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
