Senior Engineer – Design & Development

Location: Mangli (Ludhiana)

Salary: 40,000 to 45,000

Qualification: Diploma/Degree (Mechanical)

Experience: 6 to 8 Years in Automobile Industry (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and development of new automotive components and products
• Improve existing designs for performance, cost and manufacturability
• Prepare 2D/3D models, drawings and BOM as per standards
• Coordination with production, quality and marketing for new product launch
• Conduct design validation, testing and root cause analysis
• Work with suppliers for tooling and product development support
• Maintain technical documentation and engineering change records

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Understanding of automotive standards and manufacturing processes
• Good problem solving and communication skills
