Job Overview

Human Capital HR Solution is hiring on behalf of its client for the position of Senior Engineer – Industrial Automation. The role involves designing, programming, commissioning, and supporting industrial automation systems including PLC, SCADA, motion control, and industrial networking.

Key Responsibilities

PLC, HMI, VFD, and Servo Drive programming and integration

Design of control panels and system architecture

SCADA development (tags, alarms, server/client setup)

Motion control and servo systems programming

Troubleshooting Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron, Mitsubishi, GE-Fanuc systems

Industrial communication (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet)

FAT, SAT, commissioning, installation, and maintenance support

Review of electrical schematics, PLC code, and HMI designs

Mentoring junior engineers

Requirements

BE / MSc in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Applied Physics

Strong MS Office and Windows OS skills

Own conveyance required

Karachi-based candidates preferred

Experience

5–7 years in industrial automation or related field

Hands-on experience in PLC, SCADA, and motion control systems

Experience with Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC, S7-1500T

Experience with Siemens Sinamics drives (V90 / S120 / S210)

Experience with Studio 5000 and AutoCAD Electrical
