Role description

Title : Field Support Engineer

Location : Bridgewater, MA

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 to 4 days / week)

Hiring Mode : FTE

Responsibilities :

Focused IT primary Point of Contact that can be dispatched to expedite the support participate and support Rapid Response Team triage process and attend support Daily Performance meetings

Assist network support team and other infra teams for day today troubleshooting and infra projects

Assist Client SPOC with Reliability Calls for high priority tickets P1P2 investigation and resolution

Helps local hardware support team with checking printers and shopfloor peripherals

Provides assistance to the hardware support team for applications or processes

Act as coordinator for resolving incidents related to any application support in manufacturing plant

Be a SPOC for BUIT Local support and external vendors

Resolve connection issues with weighing scales including replacement of defective MOXA and related network components

Coordinate with MLL Workstation engineering WESS team to resolve OS and workstation build issues including antivirus malware related setup and issues

Test connectivity for changes to network including wireless and patching

Coordinate with application owners to install the client applications and ensure that the applications launch as expected

Coordinate with equipment vendors for repair and maintenance

Initial troubleshooting for application issues and continue to provide coordination escalation to resolution conclusion

Support base business-related IQOQ testing and technical change control activities

Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Site IT support incident management

Should be conversant with ITIL process Service Asset management

Must be knowledgeable in network infrastructure

Should be knowledgeable on multiple Operating Systems DBs

Should be able to work independently and be ready to provide support of business hours

MES knowledge is an added advantage

Should possess multitasking capabilities with excellent coordination skills

Worked in pharma manufacturing plant is added advantage

Additional Requirements :

Manufacturing Experience with IT Infra knowledge

Cross Team Dept Coordination

Project experience

ITIL Knowledge would be preferable

Knowledge of GxP would be add on

Skills

Benefits
Compensation range: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
