Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee HVAC installation and execution activities at project sites, ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.
• Mobilize and effectively utilize resources to achieve timely project completion.
• Conduct equipment testing, commissioning, and performance checks as per specifications.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure system reliability.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues and drive smooth execution.
• Ensure proper project handover with complete documentation, including drawings, manuals, measurements, test reports, and certifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC project execution, installation, testing, and maintenance, preferably in large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP services.
• Proven ability to manage site teams, contractors, and vendors while ensuring compliance with project timelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
