Senior Engineer - Mechanical Design & Development

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing Special Purpose Machines (SPM), Conveyors, Piping System, Automation Systems, and End-of-Line Testing Machines. You should have strong expertise in SolidWorks, Inventor, Plant3D, AutoCAD, ANSYS, and other related software, along with the ability to handle the complete design process, from concept through to execution.

This role requires a candidate who is ready to travel to customer sites for project needs, has good communication skills for effective client interaction, and possesses leadership qualities to coordinate and manage project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Create detailed 3D models and drawings for SPMs, conveyors, automation systems, and testing machines using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS.
• Project Management: Oversee and coordinate design projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• On-Site Support: Travel to client locations as required for project support.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical insights and support.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and lead project teams when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical design.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SolidWorks, Inventor, Plant3D, AutoCAD, ANSYS, and other related software,
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Leadership Qualities: Ability to lead projects and coordinate with various stakeholders.D
• Availability: Immediate joiner preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel abroad for project needs.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
