Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Monitoring & Control:

o Oversee and monitor the quality of civil construction activities at various project stages.

o Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all works adhere to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

o Identify non-conformities, assess causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

2. Material Testing & Verification:

o Verify incoming construction materials for compliance with quality standards and specifications.

o Coordinate and witness laboratory and field testing for concrete, steel, and other construction materials.

o Maintain proper documentation for all material approvals and test reports.

3. Documentation & Reporting:

o Prepare and maintain all quality control documentation, including inspection reports, checklists, NCRs, and QA/QC records.

o Ensure traceability and proper filing of test results, calibration certificates, and site quality logs.

o Submit periodic quality performance reports to management and consultants.

4. Process Implementation:

o Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and inspection plans for site activities.

o Monitor the implementation of method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and work procedures.

o Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality standards and site performance.

5. Coordination & Compliance:

o Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to ensure quality requirements are met.

o Liaise with consultants and clients during inspections and audits.

o Ensure that all construction activities comply with ISO standards and project quality policies.

6. Training & Supervision:

o Guide and support site teams on quality awareness and inspection procedures.

o Conduct internal quality training and tool-box sessions to promote a culture of quality across all levels.

Experience & Qualification:

· 8 to 10 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance in construction projects.

· BE Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

· Strong understanding of construction materials, testing procedures, and quality systems.

· Hands-on experience with QA/QC documentation, ITPs, and audit compliance.

· Excellent analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.

· Experience in Real Estate / Residential / Commercial Projects preferred (not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
