Qualification: BE / DME

Experience: 6–7 Years

Job Summary:

Looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer with strong expertise in QMS, problem-solving tools, and sheet metal processes. The role involves customer interaction, handling non-conformances, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, EHS & OHSAS standards
• Handle NCMRs, customer complaints, and audits with timely resolution
• Apply PFMEA, 8D, SPC, GD&T for quality problem-solving and analysis
• Interpret engineering drawings and oversee inspection activities
• Monitor sheet metal processes, materials, and IS standards compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams and support customer communication

Skills Required:

• PFMEA, 8D, SPC, GD&T
• Knowledge of QMS & ISO standards
• Experience in sheet metal quality inspection
• Strong customer handling & communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
