We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative **Senior Engineer - Quality** to join our dynamic team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Drawing on your 10 years of proven track record managing quality on large-scale urban master plan and high-rise development projects, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest standards of quality across all project phases and organizational operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead quality assurance and quality control initiatives on complex urban development projects, develop robust quality management systems tailored to large-scale infrastructure environments, and ensure full compliance with international standards and client requirements. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Oversee and manage Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities across all large-scale urban master plan and high-rise projects, ensuring operational compliance with our Integrated Management System and organizational policies
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant industry standards, specifically tailored to the complexities of large-scale urban development and high-rise construction environments
• Conduct internal audits, project audits, and compliance assessments on large-scale urban master plan projects in accordance with ISO standards, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions
• Perform root cause analysis on quality issues encountered on high-rise and complex urban development projects and lead Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) initiatives to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, project managers, and operational staff across large-scale projects to integrate quality standards into all processes and deliverables
• Analyze quality metrics, performance data, and compliance trends from large-scale urban master plan projects to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, quality records, compliance reports, and audit trails across all business systems and platforms, with particular attention to complex project requirements
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance organizational understanding of quality procedures, compliance requirements, and best practices specific to large-scale urban development and high-rise construction
• Engage with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies on large-scale projects to communicate quality standards, address concerns, and maintain strong client-care programs
• Support digital transformation initiatives by customizing and implementing quality management tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency on complex urban development projects
• Present findings, recommendations, and quality improvement proposals to senior management to inform strategic decisions and cost-effective solutions based on large-scale project experience
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management to support organizational objectives on urban master plan and high-rise development initiatives

**Required Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, or a similar senior-level role, with substantial experience on large-scale urban master plan and high-rise development projects
• Proven track record of managing quality assurance and quality control on complex, large-scale urban development and high-rise construction projects
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems within construction and real estate development environments
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control methodologies and best practices specific to large-scale infrastructure and high-rise construction
• Proficiency with quality management systems, business platforms, and digital tools used in construction project management
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear reports and deliver compelling presentations
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills to effectively collaborate across all organizational levels and with external project stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, organize complex information, and meet deadlines efficiently on large-scale projects
• Commitment to transparency, compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification or equivalent quality management certification
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies in construction environments
• Familiarity with digital quality management platforms and automation tools used in construction and real estate development
• Background in root cause analysis and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) management
• Experience mentoring and developing quality teams on large-scale projects
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabia's regulatory and compliance requirements for construction and urban development projects
• Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing quality improvement initiatives on urban master plan or high-rise projects that resulted in measurable organizational and project benefits
