Specialty:

Sound knowledge on Evaluate the project road network in its current state to identify any gaps according to the methodology that will be used for evaluating road status.

Education Degree:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Technical knowledge:

Prepare a Road Safety Audit (RSA) manual for project to use as a reference.

Experience:

Minimum 12+ years’ experience in relevant Position

Primary Functions:

• Excellent leadership qualities.
• Work under pressure .
• Good communication skills.
• Evaluate the project road network in its current state to identify any gaps according to the methodology that will be used for evaluating road status.
• Prepare a detailed project plan for the inspection.
• Conducting inspections at locations where traffic accidents occur frequently.
• Prepare a Road Safety Audit (RSA) manual for the project to use as a reference.
• Reviewing road design plans from various departments within the project for road safety audits in accordance with the approved Road Safety Audit (RSA) manual.Inspect all existing traffic diversion in the project at least once a week.
• Identify black spots where traffic accidents occur frequently.

Technical Expertise:

A minimum of 8 years of experience in road construction, Traffic Management or Maintenance experience is essential
