Requirements

Lead multiple engineering teams through Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and senior engineers.
Drive engineering strategy, execution excellence, and scalable product delivery.
Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, Security, and business stakeholders.
Guide architectural decisions across distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native platforms.
Establish engineering best practices for quality, reliability, observability, and security.
Improve delivery predictability, engineering productivity, and operational performance.
Oversee roadmap execution, risk management, and cross-functional programme delivery.
Drive automation across infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, and platform operations.
Build and develop high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, succession planning, and leadership development.
Champion customer-centric thinking, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
