About The Role

We are seeking a hardworking, driven individual with energy, passion, and initiative for new business acquisition. The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will focus on formulating and executing sales strategies within an assigned territory to drive revenue growth and acquire new customers. Candidates based in Dubai are preferred for our hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities proactively
  • Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users
  • Build strong relationships to foster growth opportunities
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with enterprise ecosystem and channel partners to maximize deal sizes
  • Participate in sales enablement trainings, including Sales Bootcamp and leadership programs

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience in a fast-paced, competitive market
  • Develop strategies for targeting and closing key opportunities
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Skilled in building business champions
  • Driven, competitive, and success-oriented
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Skills

  • Passion for career growth in the software/database market
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales
  • Familiarity with databases, open source technology is a plus
