We provide three core products: HyperVerify (80+ verification APIs), HyperSync (unified APIs for HRMS/ERP/CRM), and HyperApps (AI agents for insurance, banking, and compliance automation).

Why This Role Matters

We're building the sales engine that will take Tartan from ₹10Cr to ₹50Cr ARR. You'll own the Mumbai market—India's financial capital—selling to banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and fintechs. Our deals range from ₹12L to ₹8Cr annually, and we need someone who can navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise accounts in BFSI sector
  • Build relationships with CXOs, CIOs, and department heads at target accounts
  • Run consultative sales processes —understand client pain points, architect solutions, drive pilots to paid
  • Manage pipeline rigorously with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams
  • Represent Tartan at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings

Must-Have Requirements

  • 5-8 years in B2B SaaS sales with consistent quota achievement (APIs, integrations, fintech, or HRtech preferred)
  • Proven track record selling to BFSI (banks, NBFCs, insurance, fintechs) or large enterprises
  • Experience closing deals ₹50L+ ACV with 3-9 month sales cycles
  • Strong executive presence —comfortable presenting to CXOs and navigating procurement
  • Based in Mumbai with ability to travel within the region

Good-to-Have

  • Technical fluency—can discuss APIs, integrations, and compliance with product/engineering teams
  • Experience at high-growth startups (Series A to C stage)
  • Existing relationships in Mumbai's BFSI ecosystem
  • Familiarity with verification, KYC, or compliance solutions
