Position Overview

The Senior Enterprise Sales Manager will drive enterprise growth by generating, advancing, and closing large, complex opportunities within targeted produce and foodservice accounts.

This consultative, enterprise-level role requires leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles, converting pilots into long-term agreements, and positioning Evigence as a category-defining solution. The role demands strategic deal leadership and close collaboration with founders and senior leadership to secure high-value outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Pipeline Development

  • Generate and qualify enterprise opportunities in targeted U.S. accounts
  • Build and manage a focused, high-value pipeline
  • Lead complex sales cycles (~6 months), including pilot programs
  • Convert pilots into multi-year enterprise contracts

Deal Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Own deal strategy, stakeholder mapping, and sequencing
  • Build senior-level relationships with economic buyers and operators
  • Identify and mitigate risks across extended decision cycles
  • Partner with founders and executives to advance strategic accounts

Market Positioning & Value Articulation

  • Develop deep expertise in produce and foodservice ecosystems
  • Clearly communicate differentiated value and measurable ROI
  • Strengthen messaging around urgency and competitive positioning
  • Provide market insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy

Strategic Contribution

  • Influence enterprise outcomes without direct signing authority
  • Help refine sales processes and qualification frameworks
  • Contribute to building a scalable enterprise sales engine

Success Metrics

  • Enterprise pipeline growth and progression
  • Conversion rates from meetings → pilots → enterprise customers
  • Advancement of complex deals valued at $1M–$3M+
  • Expansion of enterprise customer base and U.S. market presence

Qualifications

Experience

  • Proven enterprise B2B sales success in complex, high-value solutions
  • Experience in produce, foodservice, or supply chain environments
  • Track record managing long, consultative sales cycles
  • Experience in founder-led or high-growth companies

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong consultative selling and deal strategy skills
  • Executive-level communication and presentation ability
  • Strategic pipeline management and forecasting discipline
  • Enterprise mindset with resilience and structured problem-solving
  • Ability to influence without authority in growth-stage environments

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $100,000
  • On-Target Incentive: $80,000
  • Total OTE: $180,000
