KAIZEN is seeking a results-driven Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our enterprise channel in the UAE. This role is focused on securing and expanding high-value partnerships with institutional developers, landlords, REITs, and banks through complex, multi-service mandates. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end deal lifecycle, engaging with senior decision-makers, and shaping the company’s strategic positioning in the market.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead the full enterprise deal lifecycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure, within the UAE market.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders across institutional developers, landlords, REITs, and financial institutions.
- Structure and negotiate complex, multi-service mandates including consultancy, development management, and sales management.
- Conduct executive-level outreach, strategic calls, and client meetings to secure high-value deals.
- Represent KAIZEN as a trusted strategic partner, enhancing market credibility and positioning.
- Manage a robust strategic pipeline, ensuring timely progression of deals with minimal escalations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with advisory, project management, and operational teams to deliver tailored enterprise solutions.
- Drive revenue growth while contributing to the organization’s strategic objectives and long-term market presence.
Requirements

Proven experience in enterprise or strategic sales within the UAE real estate, asset management, or advisory sector.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value, long-cycle deals with senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, institutional investment requirements, and regulatory environment.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence C-level and board-level decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for complex value propositions.
- Ability to manage high-stakes enterprise deals independently, prioritizing quality over volume.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field; advanced qualifications or relevant certifications are an advantage.
