Key Responsibilities

• Lead environmental engineering projects from planning and design to execution and monitoring.
• Conduct environmental assessments, compliance audits, and sustainability evaluations.
• Manage project teams, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and regulatory documentation for clients and authorities.
• Mentor junior engineers and field staff, providing guidance and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective, sustainable solutions.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 5+ years in environmental engineering or sustainability projects, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or project management role.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in environmental modeling, GIS, and data analysis software. Strong knowledge of Saudi environmental regulations and international sustainability standards.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to explain complex concepts clearly to clients and project teams.

Mindset: Pragmatic and solution-oriented. You know when to innovate, when to follow compliance, and when to mentor your team for maximum impact.

Pay: ﷼225,000.00 - ﷼250,000.00 per year
