Senior ERP Implementation Manager

We are looking for a Senior ERP Implementation Manager (m/f/d) who can lead end-to-end ERP deployment projects and ensure successful business system integration. In this role, you will take ownership of implementation strategy, system rollout, and process alignment across departments. You will work closely with leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and long-term system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation Leadership:
Lead full-cycle ERP implementation projects including planning, configuration, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Business Process Alignment:
Analyze operational workflows and ensure ERP systems are configured to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Cross Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful system integration.

System Optimization:
Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements to maximize ERP performance and usability.

Stakeholder Communication:
Provide clear updates, documentation, and presentations to management and business leaders.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
6+ years in ERP implementation, enterprise systems, or business transformation roles.

Project Expertise:
Strong track record of managing full ERP lifecycle implementations in complex environments.

Technical Understanding:
Familiarity with ERP systems, integration processes, and business process mapping.

Communication Skills:
Ability to translate technical details into clear business insights for stakeholders.

Mindset:
Structured, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Pay: KD1,900.000 - KD2,700.000 per month
