Enterprise Manager

About the Company

A reputable and growing organization operating across Telecom Infrastructure, Enterprise, Data Center Solutions, Power & Energy Systems, ICT & Enterprise Solutions, Network & Security, ELV, is seeking to strengthen its Enterprise Division to drive sustainable growth across SME and tender-based business.

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Manager to lead the growth of the Enterprise Division. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, driving revenue, and positioning the organization as a trusted partner for enterprise and government clients.

The successful candidate will manage a balanced revenue stream (70% SME / 30% Tenders) while engaging directly with decision-makers at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the enterprise customer base in Kuwait.
  • Drive revenue growth with a focus on:
  • 70% SME business (private sector clients)
  • 30% tenders (government and large-scale projects)
  • Identify opportunities across data centers, telecom, ICT, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

Enterprise Sales & Client Engagement

  • Build and manage relationships.
  • Lead high-level meetings, solution presentations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Position the company as a long-term strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor.

Tendering & Strategic Projects

  • Lead and support participation in Kuwait government and major enterprise tenders (e.g., KPC, KOC, MEW, MOI).
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical submissions, compliance, and commercial proposals.

Pipeline & Revenue Management

  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → closure.
  • Ensure accurate reporting through CRM systems and regular management updates.

Partnerships & Vendor Engagement

  • Engage with key global vendors and distributors.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s solution offerings and competitiveness.

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with technical, pre-sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support management in defining enterprise strategy, pricing, and go-to-market approach.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong experience in ICT, telecom, data centers, or energy-related solutions.
  • Proven track record in managing SME accounts and tender-based business.
  • Hands-on experience working with global technology vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, or similar OEMs (e.g., Dell, HP, VMware, Palo Alto).
  • Experience in vendor coordination, solution positioning, and commercial negotiations with international principals.
  • Solid understanding of Kuwait market, including tendering processes and key government entities.
  • Established network within enterprise and government sectors is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From KD750.000 per month
